I'm Patricia Valencia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. I've spent 13+ years working with caregivers, parents, and oldest siblings through some of the hardest seasons of their lives.
I'm also a Gen Xer. I know what it's like to grow up in a world that handed you adult problems and told you to figure it out. That's exactly why I built a practice around the people who were never taught to ask for help — but deserve it most.
